About Chelsea Camp
Army Veteran. Community Activist. Accessibility Advocate. Mentor. Goodwill Ambassador.
I was born in Baltimore, Md. I have lived in Clarksville since 1995. I am a graduate of Kenwood High School and an Austin Peay State University Alumna. Today I work as the Director of Development for Butterfly Moments Inc Women’s Recovery Center, a Non-Profit Organization that works to reduce the rate of recidivism & addiction in women. Additionally, I serve our community as a peer mentor to fellow veterans who are enrolled in the Montgomery County Veterans Treatment Court.
I am a decorated military veteran who served our great nation for nine years – first in the logistics fields and then as a Behavioral Health Technician. While serving in the military I led with compassion and a strong ethical foundation treating both my peers and civilians with the utmost respect.
In addition to serving my country and women in recovery, I have been honored to serve the community focusing on voter registration, women’s rights, and providing resources for those at risk and underserved.
